As high-calibre managers and directors in the world of sport, the Press Red team share a proven track record in sport development from grass-roots to performance sport.
From strategic planning to tactical delivery, our experience at local, regional and national levels enables us to inspire confidence, build trust and influence results.
The team is led by:
Scott Hartley
Having begun his career in local Government sport development, Scott has more than 12 years experience of working with local and national sports agencies. He has a particular understanding of community sport including the education and skills agenda.
Driven by success, Scott has led strategic reviews of sport provision at a national level, advised numerous Government working groups and developed a range of training programmes for sport development professionals.
Highly skilled in developing organisational policy and strategy, Scott is great at defining goals, inspiring action and measuring results.
Shona Honey
Shona specialises in project management with a particular focus on new product and programme development.
With 16 years experience of people management, her career has included national roles with Sport England. Having worked at Board level for West London Training and Enterprise Council, Shona is familiar with the challenges of highly political environments and uses her exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate working relationships.
Having led the development of new products and services, she is at her best when evaluating new ideas, leading project teams and planning launches.
Rob Wallis
With an MSc in Sport Management, Rob is passionate about business and sport.
Having worked on various multi-agency initiatives across the sector, he specialises in performance management and improvement. Rob has significant experience of operational delivery at a sub-regional and local level in community and school sport.
With superb credentials, Rob is a clear thinker with exceptional communication and facilitation skills. He excels at developing and motivating teams to fulfil their potential through sport.
